will inspire, and show you how to:
- Awaken your creativity, passions, and courage

- Commit to your Heart Path
- Envision your mortality to empassion today (much more enjoyable than it sounds!)
To ensure that up to 10 people regain their powerful and creative voice, vision, passions, and balance, this 13 week coaching program, which begins June 28th and ends September 28th, will include:
- 10 group classes, Tuesday evenings, 5:30-6:30 pm PDT
- three individual coaching sessions with me,
- plus an easy-to-use journal to collect your daily insights.
What can you expect from participating in My Highest Quest?
You will learn, practice and explore these three key skills.
- Live Your Inspired Purpose: Understand, welcome and stay connected to the unique drive within you that connects you to god/source energy.
- Creative Courage: Know how to tune into and trust your intuition and body and to be completely present with yourself in all situations.
- Live from Your Heart: Live relating, giving and receiving from your heart-center, nothing ever needs to be sacrificed, and that you get to love what you’re doing and are doing what you love. Live centered in your passion, creativity, and courage.
Experiment and Application
During this segment, you will identify ONE key area of your life in which you want to apply greater courage, passion and creativity- be it with relationships, family, work, money, health, or another topic that is meaningful to you.
Use the group and my support to:
- Transform fear into opportunities.
- Nurture and hear your own inner wisdom to make decisions that feel right to you.
- Communicate your decisions to those around you with grace and clarity.
- Practice the arts of reciprocity and relationship.
- Play, laugh, and adjust, so that you continue to align with what is easy, enjoyable, and energizing.
During the last four weeks, deepen your skills, trust your wisdom and enjoy your creations with greater confidence, while still accessing the support and camaraderie of the group and myself.
Silencing your cravings will always leave you unsatisfied; learn to follow your truest bliss instead.
